Tesla is investing heavily in supercomputing. This is not short term stuff. The board is required to sell stock periodically.

He does this over and over again. I really do think he has some kind of mental disease where he's hooked on grabbing the spotlight in these kinds of situations, and ends up not doing anything except causing a whole bunch of annoyance.
