Low carb meals.
As much natural whole plant based foods (as well as good organic proteins like eggs, chicken, fish) as you can cook from scratch. Avoid ultra processed food.
No sugar or sugar additive foods. Read labels. Don't eat known allergens.
Another thing - 4 times a day drink the following. Your pain will disappear in 3 days.
Warm 2 ounce of organic whole milk, add 1/4 tsp of natural turmeric (buy from Indian grocery stores because they have fresh stock) and a dash of ground black pepper - drink it.
Remember - do not exceed more than 1 tsp of turmeric in a day. And do not drink it cold or in smoothies or tablet form. Turmeric needs to be drunk in organic whole milk and with ground black pepper. Or use in your cooking with a bit of ghee.
