Your hormones are exaggerating everything. Just try to feel happy that things are working out.

I knew many women who met, married and had 2-3 kids within 5 years after age 30. One friend met her husband at age 34 and they were married at pregnant by 35. She had 4 kids from age 35-41.

Maybe you feel overwhelmed by so much change in your life. If so, then I can see being overwhelmed.
Either way, you need to focus on the idea that these are good changes and what you've been planning for.
