VERY EASY to move up.
Play 6-9 hours a week.
30m juggling x 6 days
30m ball mastery and/or 1v1 in the backyard x 6 days a week
1h x 2 days practice
1h x 3 days of free play at recess or after school
Your kid will be able to choose ANY 1st team in the area on this plan.
If you think this is too much, check out their screen time or track their video game usage.
If they don’t make the teams they want, review the list and see what % they did:
100% =1st team
75% =2nd team, etc.
