Not bad, OP. Remember that this isn't a diet - is, not something that's temporary until you lose the weight. Slow and steady changes are best so that you don't crash and give up. To be successful in keeping the weight off, the changes that you make need to be sustainable forever
- maintained a 50lb loss for 11 years now. I eat a treat just about every day.
