Op here. I have been on SSRIs for 10 + years but never happened with me that my sex drive is gone down the drain.

SSRIs can also do this (weight gain plus sexual side effects).

this is a very common problem with both men and women that are overweight. Men suffer from ED and women with low libido, dryness and difficulty in reaching orgasm.

I am 42F, 5'3" and about 190 lbs. I have been around 160-170 lbs for as long as I can remember but have gained 30+ lbs in last 1-2 years. I do have type 2 diabetes and PCOS and sometimes it has affected my sex drive. My drive used to be awesome but with weight gain and age, it has affected my ability to reach climax and low desire of intimacy. What can I do in this case? Have discussed this with my OBGYN and she doesn't care too much about it and mentions that it is normal.
