Office costs: fire them and you need less space.
Commuting: not tax payer problem.

You forgot "and employees should shove a broomstick up their asses when they walk around so that they can sweep the floor as they go."
Boy, you're a real piece of work.
The man who said his relative should die is the piece of work. If you don't understand what he thinks you have a surprise every day I guess.

I don't understand how Republicans can live with themselves.

Some key findings -
Benefits: Telework enhances recruitment and retention, reduces costs for workers and employers, saves commuting time, provides flexibility, and supports workers with disabilities.
Retention & Inclusion: Telework helps recruit and retain talent, especially for those with disabilities or caregiving responsibilities.
Cost Savings: Reducing office space and commuter-related expenses can free up resources.
Productivity & Flexibility: Properly managed telework can maintain efficiency while giving employees greater autonomy.
Yet another MAGA myth busted, that remote workers needed to "show up" and whatever other cutesey but false slogans, that being in the office would improve productivity and efficiency. It didn't - and frankly productivity and efficiency never went down in the first place. And in many cases, productivity and efficiency was better where it came to remote work, because there were less distractions, less burnout, better employee health and wellbeing.
The data has been gathered and analyzed, the experts have been heard from. It's time for your crusty old MAGA relatives (and members of Congress) to shut up and stop peddling their imagined nonsense.

The bolded is exactly what I came here to say. As soon as inconvenient facts emerge, the people behind them get fired. I hope journalists are tracking the story and will follow up on the staff responsible for the report and will report it if they're fired. That's what happened with several intelligence officials who contradicted the Trump admin lie that the Maduro govt was directing the activities of Tren de Aragua gang members in the US.
