Start stop has never hurt anyone. "It's annoying" doesn't make the cut for me.
I care a lot more about not getting poisoned by PFAS in my drinking water, or getting sick from listeria or e. coli from food products. I care about dangerous consumer products that actually harm people. I care about not being bankrupted by a medical emergency or the elderly not ending up homeless because they can't support themselves.
Rearrange your priorities to the things that ACTUALLY cause harm and get back to us on the "annoying" when you've done some actual good in the world.
