This is how I lost 20 lbs in 3 months and have kept it off.
1) 2 meals a day (IF). 8 hours eating window. NO CALORIE RESTRICTION AT ALL.
2) Plant based whole food (Vegan), no processed food, every thing made from scratch at home.
3) Zero sugar. Zero rice. No fried food. No junk food. No alcohol.
4) Tortillas made from a variety of whole grain flour - wheat, millets, pulses, flaxseed.
5) Lentils and beans, nuts and seeds (chia, sunflower, pumpkin, hempseed, flaxseed, sesame, almonds, cashew, walnuts, pinenuts), a variety of fermented, cooked and raw veggies in each meal in big quantities. Fruits in each meal. Spices and herbs, lemons.
6) Lots of veggi soup for hyderation, 2 glasses of cold pressed mixed veggi juice - (spinach, kale, carrots, beets, cilantro, ginger, cucumber, tomatos, lettuce, mint, gooseberry, granny smith apple)
This is effortless, no-sweat, no hunger, no craving, no loss of energy, no bloating, no constipation, clear skin, healthy hair, no coating on tongue, no bad breath, no farting, no BO - diet.
