As a past player and reader of this forum it is quite clear that paying customers (e.g., parents) have mixed experiences with clubs who don’t meet the minimum expectations for the amount of money daddy or mommy pays for club dues and team fees.
So my questions for you are the following:
1) What gender is your player?
2) What year was your player born?
3) What level does your player compete at? (e.g., House/Recreation, ECNL-R, ECNL, GA1, GA2 etc.
4) What does your club rely on to organize the team experience for players and parents?
3) What are your three (3) greatest pet peeves as it pertains to your experience with your club experience? These can be during any stage of the experience (e.g., registration, uniforms, payments, tryouts, season games, tournaments, practices, travel arrangements, college engagement etc.)
I am writing a business plan and have a product concept that me and my collaborators believe will add value to the customer experience.
In advance, thank you for your time.
Yeah, you lost me the second you called us daddy and mommy. Please don’t be condescending to your target audience. In a pay to play system, we are the paying client and we deserve better treatment than we get and your post is a good example of what is wrong.
