You should definitely get checked out asap. Fibroids can bleed and they are both harmless and very common. But you need to rule out the more exotic stuff.

not to scare you, but my mom had a similar experience, and after a ct scan, a kidney tumor was found. surgery was immediately followed, and the tumor was malignant; so the kidney was removed.

she was fine after her recovery.

GO TO THE ER. This is not a wait and see situation.

See GP soon. If they’re booked, book it. But also ask to be put on a call list for last minute.

Then also call them every day.

Also when you call them every day, tell them exactly why.

If you wear a thick pad do clots land there or only if you urinate? Is pad clean for hours if you don't?
If only urination related
Best case it's kidney stone. Those can become verrrry painful so get seen.
Another case is bladder issue. Get seen.

If not urination related it's likely a bid polyp. Most are benign. But it could be endometrial thing. Get seen \.

Have your primary run a urinalysis and bloodwork just to rule out bladder/kidney before you see the gyn.

Have you seen your gyno? Urinalysis with blood of unknown origin is cause for more testing.

I would see your primary care provider, sooner than a month from now.

(Could be an infection or something more serious. Don’t take it casually)
