Yeah, I think Rover would be a better choice, you can try to look for a pet sitter with smaller number of dogs in their care

There's no way a boarding facility would board dogs and cats together. What if another dog there attacked the cat?

You could possibly ask on Rover for someone to petsit at their house. But again, no guarantee that their own pets will get along with yours.

I would think a boarding facility that has private suites might do this. Some facilities have an official policy discouraging it, but we boarded our two dogs together until the older one passed away, even though one weighed 70 pounds and the other weighed 8 pounds (smaller than most cats). The only problem would be that the dog would need more exercise, but I would think they could manage that. As our little guy got older, we boarded our guys at our vet, and they seemed more open to it than “dog resort” places.

We have a cat and dog who are best friends. They eat together, play together and sleep together. Short of someone coming to our house, is there a boarding facility where they can be together either all the time or for some part of the day?
