Subject: Would you report a new neighbor who keeps parking two wheels on their front lawn?

They will warn them and then ticket them. They can ticket them immediately if they want. It's against the local law.

Many things neighbors do "look trashy". Leaving christmas lights up year round, going too long between mows, having 4+ vehicles in a driveway, political signs, leaving trash cans at the curb for too long.
If you want it policed, join an HOA. Otherwise, live and let live.
Literally none of those things are allowed in our neighborhood.

Parking on their grass is a whole lot better than having cars parked on the street in front of their house.
