Whatever the case may have been in the past, the OP appears to believe that these are not ordinary times, and that rapidly changing fundamental aspects will impact ranking positions.
I'm asking if the rapid changes will impact this year's upcoming rankings or if the data is already locked in for this cycle ie they're using older data ie there's no chance the rankings will be impacted because anything that happened happened after the window for the data they're using this year closed or not
