I'd just make a green bean casserole. With plenty of extra fried onions.

Saute mushrooms & onions, add sauce, a bit of cheese, and dilute slightly as needed. Season to taste.

Pour on top of grilled chicken with rice or pasta and serve.

Can use for a spaghetti cream sauce - add some chicken broth and shredded chease to taste. stir in cooked chicken
