Are there any asynchronous on-line/remote options to get the required NYS high school health class out of the way over the summer?

DD is at a large public school upstate and has had a hard time getting it to fit her schedule. Would rather get it out of the way this summer.

I just reached out to her guidance counselor, but wanted to have a few recommended and accredited options on hand in case she doesn’t offer any.
