Arlington has twice as many teams or more than Valor, and their teams compete at a much higher level. Have to hire a lot more qualified coaches. It sounds like Valor has a rec plus
level with parent coached teams. Arlington doesn't have that.

It is a big deal, but there isn't much you can do about it so not worth complaining. I'm sure they will be announced before offers go out so new kids can weigh their options. Existing players won't have much choice unless they are trying out now just in case they get a coach they don't want.

Let's hope. Last year they announced at the end of April which seemed late, but this is odd to have waited so long. Must still be finalizing.

Last week, they announced the preacademy slate on the same day as tryouts.

Perhaps today?
