$35/cut is pretty reasonable, PP. I don't think even the cheapest barbers will charge you less than that.

Find a barber shop. You don’t need to travel far so you need to give a more specific location or use Google maps.

Other than hair cuttery-any cheap spots for kid’s cuts in close in to DC Maryland? I was taking my son there but now that he’s 13 they charge for a full price adult cut and since he needs a haircut every 6 weeks or so, I was hoping to find a place that’s cheaper than 35$/cut. (I prefer not to do it myself-I do not have that skillset and it would look uneven.)
