Haven't felt much.
However, I'm not a person with a lot of food noise. I eat when I'm hungry. I ate less yesterday but I just wasn't hungry.

Then why are you taking it?

Because I’m overweight.

Seconding much of this advice. Reddit was a treasure trove of info for me.

It took a little while for my body to adjust - in the early days I had to make sure that I focused on getting enough protein and calories in, along w/ fluids. You'll have to see if you have any symptoms, and if so - what they are. That's where something like reddit can be helpful - every possible variation on side effects and advice to address them can be found there.

Overall, I've had an amazing journey. I've been on it for about 15 months. Never needed to go above 7.5 dosage. Have minimal, easily tolerated side effects. I eat what I want (I just want/need less). And I've lost a third of my body weight - down 80+lbs from almost 245 (58 year old 5'7" female). It's been nothing short of miraculous for me - I hope you have equal success!

Lots of protein, lots of fiber and lots of water. I also take a priolsec. That's it.

You may be one of many who have zero side effects other than losing weight.

Eat real food: fruits, veggies protein, dairy, fats. Not processed, fake food, like protein shakes. Shop the perimeter at the grocery store and skip the aisles - you'll be healthier, and when you lise the 30 pounds, you'll know how to eat for life

Food noise will return with a vengeance if you go off the drug.

Eat an apple per day to help prevent constipation. Congratulations on your new beginning! It truly is a miracle for me; I’ve lost 21 lbs without suffering. I am so happy.

Plain and high protein is safe. Chicken breast, protein shakes, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, bananas are all good. You may not feel anything for a few weeks or it could hit immediately
