Are you the OP? For your second issue, it helps to measure portions in another room and put the food away. Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and tell yourself you can get another serving then if you are still hungry. Most of the time you won't need it.
This is good advice. I also do the "eh, it's only 30 minutes until (other thing I need to do) so I can wait until then."
I have a simar issue (need to eat because what if I can't later?) and meal planning really helps me. Write the plan for the week and the day - build in a bit more food than you need. Snacks and treats are fine in moderation and you can build in healthier ones. Pack a big lunch if you are outsude the house. Cross items off the list as you eat them and you'll see there is still so much left.
FYI, I have lost 40 lbs "normally" and, much later, the same 40 lbs with Wegovy. The meds really do help with the obsessive thoughts about food.
