No, men cannot give birth. (This type of talk really irritates me as a woman!)

For example, if you have a flat stomach does the shelf remain?

Are you a woman or a man?

? would a man have had a c section, let alone 3?

OP, if you have stretched out skin, like I do, then no, it doesn't go away unless u have surgery

Men can give birth too. You know that, right?

Then I went to a plastic surgeon, asked for a scar revision and he fixed in in an outpatient procedure that took 1 hours and cost $2,000.

Totally gone, and flat. The scar tissue was also starting to cause internal problems. No regrets about the surgery and I wish I did it earlier.

Wow really? Do you mind sharing where you went?

What was recovery like?

Thank you! I don’t know that my skin is stretch there - I mean it was obviously and I have places where the skin is not as tight as it was, but this is more just the shape of my body? I don’t know how to explain it. The fact that it’s not loose skin was giving me hope that maybe it was just stored fat that I haven’t lost yet and could disappear.

I could wear a bikini without it being an issue.

Thanks! Could you wear a tight item of clothing without the shelf being noticeable?

PP - like what? I wear yoga leggings all the time.

I was thinking like a dress or skirt? Something that is fitted. I feel like yoga leggings kind of hide all imperfections.

DP but I’m 105 lb and I won’t wear a bikini because it’s noticeable enough.

Scar tissue massage with cupping will smooth it out some. Also lymphatic massage. It’s several layers of multiple scars (not just the skin) that are preventing things from laying smoothly.

No, I didn’t have one with my first but have had multiple c sections since, I’ve gotten smaller weight-wise than I have in my life, and it’s never gone away since my second. You can work on the scar tissue to help break it up, but it’s never been a life-changing difference for me. I plan to get surgery in the future.
