Is a half inch of half and half in your coffee once a day really that bad for you? I find that hard to believe. (I don't put any sugar in my coffee)

Light whipping cream. But just a splash!

I used to use heavy, but light works just as well. I used to add eight packets of sugar to a 16oz coffee, and now when my husband puts in 2 packet when we’re traveling )because he forgot)it’s way too sweet.

we get the sugar free ones. i am sure they are not GREAT fo ryou , but you only use a little.

Are you looking for flavoured creamer, like international delight? You can make your own with coffee syrups (including sugar free). Unfortunately for sugar addicts, plain coffee with cream just doesn’t satisfy the same!

Just use half and half. Seriously. If it has to be sweeter use Whipping Cream (not "Whipped Cream!").
