Others have access to the Dashboard also, not just OM. The EC would like to release everyone who signed up. They may ask certain critical people to stay longer than the 9/30 or even 12/31.

Are you in OM? Is it that 25% applied? How many will be approved?

They can deny VERA applications?

But fdic is doing 75% salary … so the number isn’t huge and they’re not going to lose 25% …they’ve already published their reorg plans on Friday and those who are on the list are getting the VSIP offer. Those who aren’t, won’t get it. Frankly a much better planned way to do it without completely decimating a workforce.

+1. This is a very important detail that would be useful to know.

It was five months salary for most and six months for 3 targeted groups.

Massive salaries? Isn’t it the same pay scale as SEC? So more than other fed jobs but hardly massive.

If the salaries are so massive, why would anyone take a VSIP?

There's a hiring freeze.

The period ended last night at midnight. We are losing 25% of our agency. It is a massive loss and no way to understand how our examining function will work going forward.
