Lacrosse can depend on position. It's basically soccer but way faster. When I played lax as a midfielder, it was the only time I've ever gotten shin splints in my life. They were absolutely horrific and I had to sit for 2 weeks because of the fact it was too much running.

I played both. Football is way harder. No one is running full speed and hitting you in water polo.
