Exercise:
I lift with a trainer 3x/week. Light cardio (walking) 3-4x a week and a jog for 30 min 1-2x a week. Could increase cardio?
Diet:
1/2 bagel and cream cheese in am with black coffee (some mornings 3 Applegate sausages and coffee but lately haven't felt like it)
Salad with beans and chicken for lunch (plus salsa and veggies and lettuce and cheese)
Snack - mango and strawberries
chicken or steak and veggies, and maybe 2-4 bites of starch - veggie or pasta (whatever the side is that I've made for the family that night). Get full fast.
1-2 glasses of wine 3x week.
No dessert bc no appetite for it. No thirst really either.
Too many calories? Not enough protein? I am really overweight....
