I think thats why people don't bring it up. It's sad. All celebs get plastic surgery but she's not using it to aid aging. Having work done, of itself, is an attempt to suspend the reality of aging. We shouldn't be surprised that the narrative then matches the action. Not talking about having work done is part and parcel of having the work done.

I remember her saying something similar many years ago, and I thought she was being disingenuous. Her look is not maintained effortlessly.
