Only the current grade teacher, plus whoever is on the committee. If you ask for your packet you can see who was on there.

Screening committee for my child was the AART, her classroom teacher, and the assistant principal. They filled out the HOPE.

Classroom teacher + AART at our school. For 2nd graders I believe they also get the 1st grade teacher in on it, based on timing of subs in 1st grade when the teacher had "meetings."
