I had a "takes only one dog at a time" Rover sitter drop this bomb 10 minutes before drop-off. She interpreted "takes only one dog at a time" as like, at special service she could offer if requested, not the default. It didn't go well and she ended up calling me the next morning at like 5am to say the two under 1 year old puppies wouldn't stop playing and it was too chaotic. I don't use young Rover sitters anymore.

Interesting that OP never returned to answer the questions posed.

It depends whether she specifies on her profile that she only takes one pet at a time.

Would you say something or leave a negative review or ignore it and just use her again? Everything is going fine.

What did she post on rover. Did she say she only takes one dog at a time?

Yeah, what's on her profile? If there is no language about boarding one dog at the time - assumption is sitter could have other dogs on their care

I wouldn't be using her again. But my dog needs to be the only dog when boarding. I specifically find people who only take one dog.

When you found out, did you talk to her about it? How did you find out?
