Thanks. . It is a 16 hour drive and the patient is too too sick for that. They need supportive care at the ready.

When we needed this, the hospital social worker helped to arrange the transportation.

A friend will require this, to transfer hospitals. It is way too far to drive.

Does anyone know a good company and/or who arranges it (insurance company? Sending hospital? Receiving hospital?)
