Agree, I think if someone chose to stay loyal to me even while struggling to afford it, I would let it go and feel a bit of empathy. Hair is a luxury and spending money at a salon is one of the first things to be cut from the budget, so stylists should be grateful for the work. If she wants a 20% tip on top of the regular fee, then she should charge 120% and not expect any tip.
