OP. Thanks, all. So there is no longer an AM group at Tysons? We are outside the beltway, so couldn’t swing MU, unfortunately.

Is John at Tysons or Marymount??

Marymount now.

The practices are there, but the group he coaches is technically classified as Tysons Gold PM.

Not anymore

This must have changed recently. The group is still listed in the Tysons practice schedule for this season, and John is in the coaching staff list for the site.

Then that changed during this season, because they are still listed in the Tysons practice schedule and John appears on the coaching staff list.

Not sure this is correct

Agree. Not sure if your swimmer is male or female but they have a great group of girls.

Thanks. Any feedback on the quality of the coaching in both groups, culture, results, etc.? Would you recommend it? A change would be a big deal for my swimmer, so I want to make sure it’s worth it for them.
They have Futures cuts, sounds like that’s not fast enough for AM?

I don’t have a swimmer there but I can tell you a Futures level swimmer is definitely fast enough for the top group. For whatever reason people like to act like no other kid could possibly fit in a group, but room will always be made for a Futures level swimmer, especially one that is only 15.

Does anyone have feedback on this location? My DC will turn 15 during next season. I think they’d be in the top group. Thanks in advance!
