Also did not enjoy it there. It was so windy too. Turtle Bay is beautiful, and I loved the lobby. The rooms aren’t typical ritz standard but the views around the property is truly stunning.

Kids constantly in the adult only hot tub (I have kids, so I don’t hate them, I just don’t want to be splashed by them in a hot tub). Beach area is small and rocky. We’ve stayed at the Ritz Kapalua and Mauna Kea on the Big Island and both were great.

+1 on Ritz Kapalua. We stayed last year in an ocean view room and had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed the property.
