Hot plate thingy. Plug it in and now you have a one burner stove.

+1 We got one of these, and it’s circulated throughout the neighborhood as families renovate or have a stove out of commission for one reason or another.

When we did a kitchen reno, family of 5 survived with:
Microwave
Airfry /Toaster oven
Electric Skillet
Ricemaker (you can make pasta in it)
Indoor electric grill

and of course coffee maker
