OP here - thanks for all of the suggestions! We are staying in the 1st. Planning to venture around the city to the usual tourist sites (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Marais). Price point less than $50/head.

Which arrondismont(sp?)?
It's a huge city and kind of dumb to go all the way to the other side if there's something just fine nearby.

We are in Paris through Sunday and I would appreciate any restaurant recommendations that would work for a family of five with teen/tween kids. Fairly adventurous eaters - just overwhelmed by the options.
