If I go to the doctor, I will be examined, etc etc, reassured, told I have a hypertonic pelvic floor, and sent on my way. I will be symptom free for the next day or two and sleep like a baby.
A few days later, boom the constant "I need to pee" feeling is back.
Is this mental? Am I going insane? How can I snap out of this?
