This happened to us last year when our SSNs were stolen (not sure how at all to this day...) : We did have to paper file as well, and got a special PIN to use to file. They are very helpful on the phone.

from freetaxusa.com - it says my kids social security number doesn't match IRS - but that is their number. Can anyone help?
