The org (eg mclean soccer) decides whether their teams in a certain age group will play in house or in ncsl. Usually after a certain age they dont have enough teams for a house league.

Have you had a good experience playing in this environment versus a house League?

When clubs participate, are they all in or just some teams go up and some stay house?

Is there a requirement by the League that you are all or none?
