Yes, I tried it two years ago and did lose weight and learned about macros. I think it’s kind of expensive for what it is though, and I didn’t stick to the plan (fell back on old eating ways) so I ended up gaining that fat back. I am doing the system on my own now though, having found new motivation to get in shape. I think it’s worth doing for six weeks for the knowledge if you aren’t used to counting macros. I think overall it focuses on good nutrition and good exercise overall.
