He isn't yet. But that is just a matter of what Xinis does in these next few days. This will again go to the Supreme Court and then we will see what the future holds for this country. A spineless Supreme Court, an executive retreat into some semblance of normalcy with respect to the court, or pretty much full blown authoritarianism.
