Yes I can do an online BMI calculator and I know my weight is fine but I am currently 165 and am being told I am getting too thin and look sick. Been on Zepbound for a year and was previously about 285 pounds.
If you have similar stats and consider yourself in good shape what is your weight?
My DH is your height and at your age he was 167 and regularly doing triathlons. If you feel good at this weight, you're fine, especially if your labwork agrees.
Exactly. Who cares about what you look like at 38 anyways. There are reasons there are health standards.
OP, go get a dexa. If your body fat percentage is over 15%, there is your answer if you really want to work hard. Otherwise, if you are healthy don’t worry about it.
Most Americans wouldn’t understand what a healthy weight looks like anyways.
You think life is already over at 38?

Anonymous wrote:Yes, you need to go off it. If you are naturally 165 at 6ft, it would probably be fine. But to be that height and weight and on weight loss meds is not good. You are losing muscle mass. At 38 and 6ft, with a decent amount of muscle mass, you should be about 180-190
