Leigh represented the seller in the home I live in (we were the buyers and used Redfin). He has also sold or bought with most of my friends.
Gary is very active in Chicago. He did us a favor by helping us in the burbs. I mention him to friends and family because he's a data-driven very smart guy, which I've found rare in the real estate world. When you're selling, flashy can be helpful. On the buy side, intelligence and negotiating skills are paramount. I found that with Gary.

If you want a super-smart guy, I suggest Gary Lucido. He helped us buy our suburban home and sell my mom's condo.

IIRC, he has a Duke MBA. No flash, just data. He saved us a ton by setting our asking price far lower than we would've otherwise.
