It’s not a problem, I routinely move my dose around at my doctor's office, any time 6-10 days is not going to impact much, although a regular day is best for remembering when to do it. I’m only getting it once every two weeks now to save money and since I’m close to maintenance weight.

It’s fine!! Join the compounded tirzepatide group in Reddit; you’ll find all the answers to anything you can think of!!! I have changed the date when I do it, to six or five days and it was never a big deal, changed my dose if I needed to it all worked out great and I got to my weight quickly and I’m so thrilled that it worked out well for me. Hope it’s the same for you!

My husband does this to avoid symptoms at important times. I don’t think he’s ever noticed a problem. Why not ask your doc?

I’m finishing month 3 of Zepbound at 5mg. I usually take the injection on Wednesdays, but the fatigue really kills me and I’d like to permanently change my dose date to Fridays.

Are there any issues with just delaying two days for that next dose? The manufacturing information says to take a dose as soon as you remember, but I would intentionally be moving the day by two days.
