On her own my DD gets up an hour earlier to do sprints and a juggling series every morning since she was 12. If the goal is to maximize your abilities this seems like a great plan. I just make sure she has the correct fuel and goes to bed a a decent hour, even that part she has taken the reins of by now at 14. Accolades might not be there compared to her peers, but you know what if she can commit to this at 14 she will make an awesome life for herself with or without soccer

Will take follow-up actions if there is enough interest. Ideally ages are 10-16. I am a parent looking to put together a high level group of players. I know players are training independently but it would be nice if we could put something together that is club neutral for top players to train in the AM before school.
