What do you think is the ideal age for men?
Not until peri-menopause or later, unless there are health issues such as PCOS or obesity.
Obesity is the #1 reason some women have trouble getting pregnant.
The quality of a woman's eggs depends on her genetics, and lifestyle. A woman is birthed with all the eggs she will ever have, and every drug, cigarette, enviro-toxin, prescription drug, poor diet and other abuse she encounters, lowers the quality of those eggs.
As long as a woman has a regular period, and nothing wrong with her womb overall, she will have healthy offspring until menopause. Both my grandmothers had their last kids in their mid to late 40s. Mother in her mid 40s. But large families are common from my parent's culture.
