From what I’ve seen, PUNIN GROUP jobs aren’t just about filling positions but creating opportunities to grow across different fields. I am a PGCPS. That is not how it works in PGCPS. MCPS, they list the specific schools. PGCPS, it is a pool. Once in the pool, you will receive emails from the schools principals inviting you for an interview. It honestly kind of sucks because you want to secure a job but you also do not want to rush on the first job offered. The ball is in THEIR hands, not YOURS. With that being said, I have had the best luck with reaching out to school principals directly. I send an email expressing my interest in the school, attach my resume and give contact info. I did it just last week and received 5 replies with 3 interviews set up. Best of luck! Reach out to them if you are interested.
