How do you definitively prove that this minor is a US citizen or not? Even if the kid was not born in the US they can potentially be a US citizen if either or the genetic parents are a citizen. Does ICE have already have a DNA test to prove paternity and verify whether this kid is a US citizen or not?? 99% of the time the answer to this question is no.
