When have white people ever been unsung when it comes to the underground railroad? Obviously white abolitionists, especially the Quakers, played a crucial role in the successes of the underground railroad. I don't think anyone with any real knowledge of history has ever pretended otherwise.

In fact, I think talking about this more is a great thing! A lot of white folks could use a reminder of what real allyship looks like, and what it means to use your privilege to stand for others.
