I drink about 40-80oz of water throughout the day, outside of what I drink with meals, so it’s not excessive, I don’t think. But I’m peeing like every hour, sometimes more, depending on intake.
Is this just how we live?
Basically. 80oz is not much really, just 2/3 gallon roughly.
If you are drinking bottled water, it has sodium and magnesium added to it, which can cause an electrolyte imbalance as most people get too much sodium and not enough potassium. That can cause excessive urination and even dehydration.
Drink distilled water or filtered tap water, preferably well water, instead of that bottled water junk.
