Subject: MCPS accepts credits from weekend language school: should we include them?
My high schooler goes to a weekend language school that is accredited by MCPS. She could earn half a credit per year from her weekend school.
My question is: would they be added to her MCPS credits, or are they separate, but on the transcript? If the former, does it have the potential to actually decrease her GPA, since she is taking advanced and AP courses, and I assume these credits wouldn't have the same weight?
