My first yoga class - 25 years ago - the teacher said that it is totally normal, especially on backs w/ legs in air. Now that yoga has become the rage with women who lunch, maybe the pressure is to conform to social expectations, I accept that. But for yoga it is not at all abnormal.

not out of the ordinary. I wear tampons about 29 out of the 30 days just to stay fresh. I'm thinking that it will stop you embarrassing problem!

it happens. think of it as your body doing what it needs to in order to relax/stretch, etc.

OP, you aren't alone. I have the same problem, although my class isn't exactly yoga, but it's similar. SOOOOOOOOO embarrassing.

Maybe if you do all those stretches before class - you can get all the queefs out ahead of time.

hi. this is sooooooooo embarrassing!

I just started taking yoga. during some classes -- especially when we do anything with our legs in the air or spread wide -- I get some major queef action. I'd like to think the people next to me don't hear it, but I'm sure that they do. it's mortifying. does anyone else have this problem? I really am growing to like yoga, but I don't want to have to give it up because of something so crazy.

please tell me I'm not the only one!
